1. Check the box next to your unit:
Is the hierarchy shown above correct for your unit? If not, please select
"No" and it will be corrected by the survey administrators.
2. Enter your 6-digit access code:
If you do NOT have a 6-digit access code, follow these steps to obtain one:
- Click on the link to the right to send an email from your government email account: Support@SEATSurvey.co.uk
- Fill in the fields of the email to indicate your unit, your rank/position, your name, and your phone number.
